REMINDER: FRIDAY NITE-Last Sugarbears Registration Date

Calling all Sugarbears!!!

Do you know what this Friday night is????

It’s your last day to register your Sugarbear for our 2011 Swim Season!

Come on out to the Mike Shellito Indoor Pool (formerly the Central Park Indoor Pool) in Roseville behind the Nugget Grocery Store and turn in your registration paperwork, sign up for volunteer assignments for this season, and get first pick of Sugarbears fashions at 50% off!! Come reconnect and get ready for a fun-filled, water-logged season.

Registration is open from 5:00-8:00pm

NOTE: NorCal Swim Shop will be on site to sell our new team swim suit.

Don't forget to also bring your registration fee and volunteer agreement deposit.

NOTE:

1. you need to fill out an Emergency Information Form for each swimmer

2. you need to fill out a Participant Waiver, Release, Assumption of Risk Agreement Form for each swimmer

3. you need to fill out a Northern California Swim League Form for each swimmer

The City of Roseville, WILL NOT BE MAILING YOU ANY REGISTRATION DOCUMENTS. YOU MUST PRINT THEM FROM THE LINK PROVIDED ABOVE.
