RSB Board Meeting and Officers Update
A reminder that tomorrow night, Tuesday November 10th at 6:30PM is our next Roseville Sugarbears Board Meeting.
Swim parents of the Roseville Sugarbears are welcome and encouraged to attend.
We are a volunteer support organization and can always use additional help and ideas during our off-season planning and coordination.
Location for the meeting is the Club Cruise Office on 2999 Douglas Blvd.
Douglas Corporate Ct. 3rd Floor Conference Room.
At our last meeting, we had some great progress on establishing some of the new officers for 2010.
Renee Ostrander was nominated, voted and approved on being our new President!
Congratulation Renee!!
In addition, Tom Busch was elected as our new Treasurer, as well as Terrie Madler as Secretary.
With the confirmed return of Vina Busch and Lori Bardini on Boutique, Jennifer Hustead as our League Rep, Kris Brown and Courtney Schrader on Socials, Chuck Knabe as Ways & Means, Jef Huber as Outgoing President and Michael Taylor as Website Administrator, we are off to a very strong start.
Correen Schuller did a fantastic job last year as our VP and Volunteer Coordinator.
But, Correen has yet to confirm (or deny) her return. In 2010 we would like to officially separate out and add a Volunteer Coordinator position, in addition to the VP position.
Shelly Young has volunteered to assist as a new Registrar position in 2010, which is greatly appreciated.
The following key positions are still available.
- Vice President
- Volunteer Coordinator
- Equipment Manager
- Meet Manager Input Operator (to relieve some of our Computer Ops efforts)
- Website Editor (After our site is converted over to a Content Management System - Joomla.org)
