My overall feedback summary analysis for 2007 focus, improvements & future meeting agenda talking points suggestions:
***** Must Apply & Voice Some Restructuring Changes to CHAMPS ( City & League )
***** Volunteering (lose that name & go w/--Helpers / Supporters) - Firm & Fair Schedule Planning on Shifts & Time
**** Coaching - Much Stronger Emphasis on Technical Highlights & Instruction w/ Training on Fundamentals (Stroke, Turns, Dives)
GOOD IDEAS WORTH COMMENT
* Later AM practices schedules for teens & promote more to teens sign-ups
* Event Name Tags w/ Helper Job Assignments TITLES i.e. Hello My Name: Jef Huber - Sr. V.P. of Bell Ringing (Fun way to regulate check-in & participation)
* 1 Page Financial Summary - Pie Chart of money in/out to Parents on Kick-Off Night (Transparency)
* Anything for HELPERS / SUPPORTERS IMPROVEMENT
Built on our strengths - Shed our weaknesses (...don't spread our resources to thin)
